I request you to go through the below requirements help me with updated resume, Title: Network Engineer Location: New York City, OH Duration: Long term Webex Interview Required Skills: Juniper knowledge (cisco heavy candidates are ok but must have some Juniper) Palo alto Aruba **Hospital client- must be open to getting some clinical work done prior to starting Job Description : Network Engineer Location: Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), Midtown and Upper East locations, New York City Report To: Director of Network Engineering Overview: Join the IT team at HSS as a Network Engineer, directly reporting to the Director of Network Engineering. This role is integral to managing day-to-day network operations and supporting significant cloud migration projects. The position requires expertise in various network technologies and protocols, and a commitment to maintaining HSSs network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee network performance, including monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting. - Configure and maintain Juniper Network equipment, ensuring proficiency in OSPF, EVPN, and BGP protocols. - Utilize Infoblox IPAM for efficient DNS/DHCP/IP Address Management. - Manage Aruba Wireless systems and assist with Palo Alto Firewalls, focusing on VPN certificate creation. - Respond to network tickets and implement necessary escalations. - Execute simple to intermediate network changes and participate in after-hours work as needed. - Support HSSs ongoing cloud migration efforts. Qualifications: -Minimum: - 7+ years of experience with Juniper Networks (Layer 1-3). - 4+ years of experience with Infoblox IPAM and Aruba Wireless. - Strong communication, writing, and documentation skills. -Preferred: - Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, Juniper). - Experience in healthcare environments and strong analytical skills. - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Working Conditions: - required to work on-site five days a week, eight hours per day (with an unpaid lunch break), at HSSs Midtown and Upper East offices. Totaling 35 hours of paid work per week. - Business casual dress code: tucked-in dress shirt, no jeans. - Compliance with hospital health requirements, including annual flu vaccination.
