Kindly review the job description below and see if it might be an option worth considering. need candidates from trusted 3rd party who can pay us referrals and need genuine visa as PV is strict in documentation JOB TITLE: Lead DevOps Engineer ( more on AWS ) visa: USC AND GC ( WITH FRONT AND BACK COPY AND I94) REPORTS TO: Mgr Infrastructure or designee moi: skype As a reminder, this is not a leadership position, but a high-level DevOps engineer, that has a strong background in building and troubleshooting pipelines, is comfortable working with developers to help understand their needs and design accordingly. Someone that is interested in improving the developer experience. Talk with devs and understand their workflow and can help bring in tools to make it easier. However, they should also be somewhat well-versed and understand AWS cloud native tools, IAM roles and access management in AWS, Kubernetes configurations, and Terraform and Helm. Leads the DevOps team as a technical subject matter expert to build and deploy an advanced DevOps platform in the AWS cloud including capabilities across the cloud, CI/CD pipeline, EKS platform, tool chain, automated testing, maven build, AD Single Sign-On, and ancillary systems To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited college or university and eight (8) to ten (10) years of experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure administration, or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND DESIGNATIONS: AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Extensive knowledge of Terraform, AWS EKS and Gitlab pipeline Knowledge of AWS Cloud Expert, AWS Networking, Cloud Security, Maven, Azure Active Directory, Single Sign-On, Monitoring, Cloud Cost Management Knowledge of GitFlow / Feature Branch Git Strategy Knowledge of Python, javascript, bash, java, lambda functions Knowledge of Jira, Agile Scrum Ability to effectively communicate in technical and business terms, verbally and written Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment Excellent understanding of Cloud Computing Services including AWS, Ability to perform on-call responsibilities and after hour duties as necessary Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
