It is an internal client portal where employees may submit ideas or feedback for process improvements, enhancements to customer and employee experiences, and improvements for our products or services. This role is to assist in the maintenance and improvement of Tableau reporting in support of the Loudspeaker program. The reporting is consumed by thousands of client employees engaged in responding to Loudspeaker submissions and/or with advancing suggestions for improvement. Scope of Work: Create weekly and monthly reporting on Loudspeaker feedback for senior leaders and executives Use PowerPoint, Tableau and SQL to produce monthly Operating Committee reporting deck Partner with reporting leads in other lines of business to develop additional views and reporting for senior leaders. Develop reporting in Tableau around Loudspeaker themes including time trends and top themes from the Loudspeaker data Mange the Loudspeaker Tableau environment, updating extract code as and when required and performing manual refreshes as and when required.
