Role- Strategic Billing Lead Location- Stamford, CT Duration- Both Contract & Full Time Requirement Minimum 15-20 years of work experience in Telecom Domain with significant portion of it around Billing Experienced in Core Cable and Mobile Billing Solutions ability to understand current state, take inputs from leadership and drive future bill strategy Past working experience in Bill Presentment transformation to reduce bill confusion/shock for new and existing customers Past working experience in taking different billing and bill presentment across products and implementing converged billing/presentment Ability to analyze existing billing practices and suggest quick changes that would improve customer and agent experience, increase autopay to reduce churn etc. Candidate will be working with senior leadership so should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
