Candidates with experience in Public Safety and/or Justice experience are Highly preferred . Project Scope: Resources will design, create, and test all interfaces and data exchanges required for two projects: Inmate Records Information System (IRIS) and Integrated Justice System (IJS). The IRIS project will implement a new Jail Management System (JMS) for the Sheriff's Office and the IJS project will modernize the remaining components in thelegacy Criminal Justice Information Control (CJIC) system that will work with new JMS. Roles and Responsibilities Coordinates, Lead, Designs and Develop complex information system developments and implements technical functions. Resolves technical issues through debugging, research and investigation. Conducts and coordinates investigative and analytical studies of complex system functions and operations to select approaches for the resolution of complex problems or improving the efficiency of existing systems. Develops work plans and cost estimates and analyzes alternative approaches; advises users on the feasibility of a cost effective conversion to web based systems. Develops complex program documentation using structure diagrams, behavior diagrams and interaction diagrams, system and program flowcharts, test plans and conversion plans. Reviews the development and coding of Java programs and systems. Ensures appropriate documentation is utilized in information systems projects. Analyzes and recommends new procedures and techniques to improve the supported systems. Mandatory Skills: Having 5 years or more experience in developing APIs Having 5 years or more experience with integration/API Having 5 years or more experience developing programs in C# Extensive experience working with Microsoft .NET and Visual Studio Extensive experience implementing restful and soap based messaging Extensive experience working with XSD and XSLT documents Experience Integrating with Microsoft SQL Server and coding stored procedures Experience working with API Management toolset Some experience in working with TLS certificates Previous experience working with Azure Integration Services Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming Strong Understanding of Application Blocks Strong understanding of Source Control Experience as a Lead .NET Developer Keywords: csharp green card California |
