Job Title : RPA Consultant Location : Malvern, PA 19355 (Onsite) Duration : 12 Months Must have skills: Blue Prism RPA Assist Edge Description: In the role of Technology Analyst, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency for Service operations for Application Production Support. You will respond to issues assigned, do analysis, suggest/implement work around, communicate to all stakeholders, and close issues as per agreed timelines to meet the Service Level Agreements (SLA). You will play an important role in creating the knowledge Artifacts. You will also deliver high service levels of support and contribute to Service improvement at various levels. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education At least 5 years of experience with Information Technology Preferred At least 8 Years of experience with Production Support At least 5 years of experience in RPA Technologies (AssistEdge or BluePrism preferred) Able to understand requirements from Business, capable to create and understand PDD and SDD. Set up Assist Edge Environment for Non-Prod and Prod. Deploy Bots into Prod Env, and create Bot Setup in Production. Good Experience with Assist Edge studio and Control tower. Understand Log files from Control Tower and Bot VDI. Troubleshoot issues and Modify the Assist Edge Existing code by looking at Log files. Able to create Assist Edge code for a new requirement. Able to automate Web, Windows, Mainframe, and other applications. Involve in Business discussions and Testing. Ability to work in a team environment, lead the team, and client interfacing skills.
