     setting up operational procedures on monitoring, tracking, and metrics.

Proven track record to
     influence and drive decisions with stakeholders in all levels.

Flexible to handle change
     and concurrently manage multiple priorities on the roadmap.

Must be able to brainstorm
     and communicate technology, ideas, and issues with peers and management

Good technical acumen to
     gauge the effort estimation for features in a product and work closely
     with product and project managers to build the product roadmap

Able to build a positive
     relationship with cross-functional organizations. Navigate and execute in
     an environment of ambiguity and lead teams to the successful delivery of
     solutions
