What will this person be working on: As a Quality Project Manager (PM), this person will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end quality assurance projects within this companys digital service division, utilize robust project management methodologies to drive efficiency and continuous improvement, collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality standards while ensuring compliance with industry regulations, triage critical issue investigations impacting customer experiences and application functions, and define and track KPIs for each transformation track.
