What Youll Do: This position will work with the Strategic Projects and Company Initiatives group and play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and closing projects, with a focus on an ERP implementation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and oversee all aspects of project delivery. Primary Responsibilities: 1. ERP Implementation : Partner with the ERP Program Manager to oversee the end-to-end implementation of a new ERP system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and 2. Scope Management : Define project scope and objectives, ensuring they are clearly understood by all stakeholders. Continuously monitor and manage scope changes, assessing their impact on project timelines and budgets. 3. Stakeholder Management : Foster strong relationships with stakeholders by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and delivering exceptional service. Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project. 4. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address challenges and keep projects on track. 5. Communication: Work with the Change Management team to maintain open and effective communication channels with stakeholders by providing regular project status updates, progress reports, and performance metrics. 6. Documentation : Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, risk registers, and lessons learned. Ensure all project information is organized and accessible for future reference. Work Experience What Youll Need: Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or related field; PMP or equivalent experience required Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically with ERP experience with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget Strong understanding of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Infor. Proficiency in project management software and tools; MS Project experience a plus Exceptional organizational & time management skills Excellent leadership & team management skills Strong communication & interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and problem-solve across functions -- Keywords: information technology microsoft Pennsylvania |
