(Need Local) Duration: 10 months with possible extension Visa: GC, USC, GC EAD, H4 Interview: Video Job Description: Must-have skills: Oracle databases, possessing the capability to develop DML and DDL statements to produce very complex queries and PL/SQL database objects, including both DML and DDL, Oracle Forms application development, Javascript frameworks, such as AngularJS, NodeJS, React or JQuery, exp as a full-stack developer, exp developing PHP applications leveraging an MVC framework (pref CodeIgnite), Bootstrap, Git, Jenkins, ISDM, UML, TOAD, SQL Developer, SQL Navigator Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested. The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client. Requirements: Availability to work 100% on the Clients site in Tallahassee, FL (required); Experience with Oracle databases with the capability to write complex queries and develop complex PL/SQL database objects, including both DML and DDL (7+ years); Experience with Oracle Forms application development (5+ years); Experience with JavaScript frameworks, such as AngularJS, NodeJS, React or jQuery (3+ years); Experience as a full-stack developer (3+ years); Experience developing PHP applications leveraging an MVC framework, preferably CodeIgniter (3+ years); Experience with responsive design frameworks, preferably Bootstrap; Experience using code repositories, preferably Git; Experience using continuous integration tools, preferably Jenkins; Experience with Information Systems Development Methodology (ISDM); Experience with database query tools (i.e., TOAD, SQL Developer, SQL Navigator); Experience in database security, including role-based security; Experience with Unified Modeling Language (UML); Preferred: Experience with Agile development, specifically Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), and Kanban; Experience with Virtualization, preferably Docker; Experience implementing GIS (Geographic Information System) applications; Experience developing web services, preferably RESTful web services; Experience with environmental regulatory business processes and practices; Experience working in a Florida government agency; Oracle certification(s). Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Provide maintenance, enhancement, and support for a variety of the agencys business applications; Assisting in the preparation and documentation of program requirements and specifications; Research and document requirements of program users; Writing, translating, and coding software programs and applications per specifications; Assisting in the development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelines; Working with network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems; Providing mentoring and guidance to junior programmers.
