Good communication skills - ability to connect with various regional leaders ( US,EMEA, LATAM and ASPAC) Should be able to partner/collaborate with QO Business & IT stakeholders & team Ability to recommend GTS Best practices. Should be able to work with team to for build, testing & training (OCM). Technical Skills: Should be hands on all SAP GTS modules compliance, customs, Preference management & Compliance reporting ( intrastat). Need to have E2E process mapping experience.
