| share resume at [email protected] Position: HCM Functional Analyst Location: Annapolis, MD (Hybrid) Job Description: Serve as a subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2. Define and capture business requirements. Provide design, development, testing and deployment expertise for customizations or configuration updates. Provide 2nd tier production support. Perform system configuration and testing. Develop system documentation to include, but not limited to, the following: configuration workbooks, test plans, design documents, standard operating procedures, and training materials. Provide knowledge transfer to internal subject matter experts. 5 years expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role. 5 years expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler. Experience with the following: PeopleSoft upgrades and testing PeopleSoft selective adoption process Expert level knowledge of the following: SDLC methodology and processes SQL Oracle 19C databases REST-based webservers Ability to provide expert customer service. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field. 3 years expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role. 3 years expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.
