The Threat Management Specialist will contribute to clients ability to respond to vulnerability notifications and prioritized system patching info. MANDATORY SKILLS Senior Cyber Security consultant with 10+ years of experience 5+ years of experience in Threat Management/SOC/Incident Response environment. DESIRABE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of information security principles, practices, and procedures Strong understanding of network and host technologies Experience applying techniques for detecting host and network-based intrusion using IDS methods and technologies. Experience with SIEM technologies, malware analysis and mitigation techniques Apply cybersecurity and privacy principles to organizational requirements (confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, non-repudiation) Interpret information collected by diagnostic network tools (nslookup, Ping and Traceroute) Ability to investigate and solve complex problems. PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS: 1. Professional certification such as Certified Threat Manager (CTM) or Certified Protection Professional (CPP) 2.
