Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading workshops, and delivering comprehensive solutions tailored to meet specific business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance and consulting services to clients in the implementation and optimization of Oracle Supply Chain Planning and Demand Planning module. Analyze clients' current planning processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Design and develop comprehensive Oracle Planning solutions based on industry best practices and client-specific needs. Lead and facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on the effective utilization of Oracle Planning tools and functionalities. Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, including senior management, to understand business objectives and align Oracle Planning solutions accordingly. Conduct thorough assessments and provide recommendations for streamlining and enhancing supply chain and demand planning operations. Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle Planning, staying updated with the latest product developments and industry trends. Create and maintain detailed documentation, including project plans, user guides, and training materials, to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and effective project management. Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless integration and implementation of Oracle Planning solutions. Required Skills and Experience: Extensive experience working with Oracle Supply Chain Planning and Demand Planning module, including implementation, configuration, and customization. 10+ years of Oracle ERP Experience with at least one full Oracle Cloud implementation including planning module. Strong understanding of supply chain and demand planning concepts, best practices, and methodologies. Proven track record in leading successful Oracle Planning implementations and delivering high-quality consulting services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and process optimization. Demonstrated experience in conducting workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic consulting environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
