Please send me your candidates updated Resume to [email protected] Position: Salesforce Program Manager/leader Location: Remote with occasional travel to client location when needed (Periodically depending on steering committee meetings and on-site visits from the CIO who travels up from Florida. I would say maybe a week a month.) Visa Status : USC / GC ONLY Program Leadership Experience leading $2M+ Salesforce programs as the engagement and solution leader. Experiencing with multi-cloud deployments. Ability to manage senior client executives (CIO, CSO, CMO, CEO, etc.) and drive alignment across complex topics. Ability to implement program governance, best practices and execute it on a project level. Experience managing complex programs with multiple workstreams and projects with different release dates delivered over multiple years. Experience working in a hybrid model where the client and SI deliver together. Exposure to the steering committee and budget discussions. Complex decision analysis related to solution development as configuration, customization, hybrid, and options. Ability to manage the levers of scope, budget, and timeline. Strong aptitude to lead people who do not report to you to the correct answer. Salesforce Experience Service Cloud Field Service Communities Marketing Cloud Complex integration Digital DevOps Background as a solution architect, enterprise architect, or technical architect. Ability to understand and explain complex business scenarios across multiple end clients and functionalities to businesspeople. Knowledge and ability to present how these fit into a technology solution. Experience with complex environments and architecture. Org merge experience. Rating and billing engine integration into Salesforce. Certifications are a plus.
