Role: CIAM/Ping Federate Support Engineer Location: Cincinnati, OH (5 days work from office) Type:- Contract Job Description: Looking for 9+ years of experience. Prior Ops & Support Experience for the following: Ping Federate, EC2 applications hosted in AWS, Java running on Linux, and AWS Serverless applications Expert ability to triage and diagnose problems. Experience and competency with administration and integrations in PingFederate Must be able to communicate ideas both verbally and in writing to product owners, agilists and technical resources in language that is appropriate for each group. Excellent ability to diagnose and troubleshoot accessibility issues. Proficiency and Familiarity with troubleshooting, searching, and utilizing hosting/monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace to diagnose problems and perform root cause problem analysis. Knowledge of modern identity work flows (OIDC/OAuth/SAML) and how to implement them in a large system. Knowledge of how the Cloud or hosted identity solutions work.
