The Technical Product Manager will collaborate with the team to prioritize the migration and integration of data components and choose the best approaches to convert accounts to the GA4 platform for Client, brand and fan-facing sites, stores and campaign pages. The Product Manager is responsible for technical prioritization of data deployment, key integrations and coordinating from a whole-lifecycle perspective to support our reporting and advanced analytics needs. This candidate must have proven experience with managing Big Data type projects. Project delivery experience should encompass web & app analytic solutions and familiarity with CDP (Customer Data Platform) technology solutions, Martech systems, & Big Data management. The role is also expected to interface with a 3rd-party Professional Services team and business stakeholders across Audience Development, Global Marketing Tech, Data Engineering, eCommerce, Paid Media, etc. Job Duties: Establish and implement project management templates, processes, and methodologies to ensure global accounts are converted and delivered on time and within budget while adhering to high-quality standards and meeting stakeholder expectations. Understand marketing and business use cases and how they impact technical implementation and overall project. Establishing proper data governance and user access control policies and guardrails for enterprise usage of the platform Scaling the framework to Intl territories, labels, artists, and use cases Build project plans and work assignments; direct and monitor work efforts daily. Appropriately escalate functional, quality, and timeline issues. Coordinate communication throughout the enterprise for items that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed. Organize and maintain a centralized repository and announcements (release notes, new capabilities, etc.) to internal teams and business stakeholders. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential migration challenges. Work closely in partnership with: Engineering to establish the architectural runway needed to achieve the aggressive migration deadlines and operational scalability of the platform Product Management to understand upcoming roadmap priorities Global business stakeholders from marketing, tech, label and business operations Product & Engineering Support to ensure Severity 1 and 2 production issues are resolved quickly and a root cause analysis is conducted and communicated to stakeholders when applicable Work across multiple time zones with distributed international teams. Collaborate with other development & QA teams (internal and third-party), business analysts and instrumentation managers & to ensure data integrity, security, and minimal disruption during migrations. Create best practices for team members to follow to meet key objectives of the platform. Required Skills: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience. 6+ years of product/project management experience with an increasing level of responsibility, preferably in a product organization, Digital Marketing, Martech, or AdTech. Experience working in a complex, matrixed environment, with aggressive deadlines, managing multiple stakeholders, with demonstrated experience executing under pressure. Capable of earning trust and influencing stakeholders without formal authority to achieve required results. Skilled listener and communicator, both verbally and written, who can engage colleagues and stakeholders with confidence. Experience in troubleshooting issues with excellent problem-solving skills, including appropriate communication and resolution. Comfortable working in an adaptive environment where change is embraced and priorities shift due to industry, product, or user needs. Experience with Google Analytics is a must. Experience with Enterprise-level Martech or Data Management is a must. Proficient with collaboration tools, including Atlassian Jira and Confluence, and Microsoft Office applications.
