Position: ServiceNow Developer with SNOW Architect Experience (Need 10+ years of experience) Duration: 612-month contract (potential to extend) Location: Chicago, IL (hybrid, onsite twice a week) or remote (First preference is local) REQUIRED skills: Knowledge of Operating Systems (Linux, Windows) Knowledge of networking concepts such as IP Addressing, Firewalls, ports Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle) Knowledge of cloud technologies Knowledge of monitoring tools Knowledge of Agile methodology and software development lifecycle ITIL knowledge with the ability to relate concepts to implementation strategies. Creates an inclusive working environment where change can be embraced by all backgrounds. Ability to communicate technical topics to a non-technical audience. Giving and receiving effective feedback across all interactions Comprehensive understanding of Change Management controls EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Certifications in ServiceNow System Administrator and products such as Discovery, and ITOM are preferred.
