| From: charu sharma, tek inspirations [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] BI Lead Location: Hybrid- San Francisco, CA Duration: 6 months MOI: Phone and Video Must have active LinkedIn Share Genuine Visa copy along with submission REQUIRED SKILLS 9+ years of experience Strong Saas experience Tableau dashboards and SQL queries Snowflake Requirement: 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and SQL queries 10+ years working in an Analytics focused environment Experience with Snowflake or other column-oriented, cloud-based databases Experience with data debugging Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment Ability to coach other members of the team Strong, proactive communication skills Eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for data quality Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment with ambiguous requirements Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meetdeadlines Experience with sales, marketing, customer success, and/or finance data sources ( Salesforce, Marketo, NetSuite, Anaplan, Zendesk, Gainsight) in B2B/SaaS environment is preferred Experience administering Tableau Cloud Open to working on multiple projects simultaneously Expert Tableau skill set Intermediate SQL skill set Understanding of database and data warehouse concepts such as facts and dimensions Amplitude just went live with Tableau, will be building dashboards, debugging, coaching/mentoring stakeholders to provide a white glove service with Tableau (some stakeholders have never worked with this tool) Act as the primary liaison between the business and technical team to collect business requirements, gather data and dashboard UAT feedback, and update internal project managers with status updates Conduct agile planning sessions with team members to build out Jira sprints and backlog Host office hours with business stakeholders to train them and answer questions about Tableau report creation and Snowflake connection and query techniques Partner with data analysts to understand business processes and identify opportunities to build scalable, refreshable, and fault-tolerant dashboards and reports Build and publish interactive dashboards on Tableau with internal stakeholder and senior decision-makers as your customer Create interactive filters, parameters, and calculations for dashboards and worksheets in Tableau Write SQL queries/views based on business requirements to power Tableau dashboards Ensure alignment to Tableau best practice methodologies and development of variable-based, scalable designs Create Tableau published data sets for use by analysts Create Tableau alerts and subscriptions for stakeholders to monitor business and product KPIs Help to develop and maintain team documentation Conduct SQL query and dashboard design reviews to provide iterative feedback on technical and visual design techniques to team members Thoroughly test dashboard elements to ensure high data quality Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported dashboard issues in a timely manner Assist with Tableau Cloud administrative responsibilities Good communications Will be providing updates to stakeholders/PMs on a daily basis, needs good understanding of projects Ideally has Saas experience one project is ARR (annual reoccurring revenue subscription based) Bachelors Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering or similar, or equivalent work experience Warm Regards..
