Location: Remote but must be commutable to Canton, MD office, willing to come on-site 1X per week Job Description: 3-5 years of marketing Project Management experience including hands-on experience in a corporate environment similar in size to CareFirst experience managing workflows for marketing initiatives Experience with an enterprise project management platform CareFirst is currently using Workday Experience leading marketing initiatives (print, email, and digital media) Youll Bring these Qualifications: 5 years as a project manager or experience as a Lead managing large budgets. 3-5 years of marketing Project Management experience including hands-on experience in a corporate environment, ideally within a healthcare setting Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline (an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelors degree). Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification highly desired. Experience managing workflows for marketing initiatives. Experience with an enterprise project management platform (ideally Workday). Knowledge of Agile Scrum projects, methods, and principles as well as project planning and life cycle development. Expert ability to engage staff at project start-up and plans roll-off of staff at project end. Effective understanding of how functions integrate within the division and the strategic concept behind the corporate goals. Advanced ability to synthesize large complex data and analysis into clear, concise, executive level presentations that allow for rapid grasp of business problem or opportunity and understanding of feasible solutions. Ability to identify and shepherd strategic opportunities that have a significant impact on the organization. Good stakeholder management and facilitation skills, including ability to conduct high-level status meetings with executives. Ability to establish working relationships and influence/persuade across all levels of leadership including C-Suite. Strong versatility in Microsoft Office and related applications.
