(2) The FSCM team will provide 1st and 2nd tier user support. Currently, there are 850 users that can access the Judiciarys PeopleSoft financial system. During the previous calendar year, the FSCM support team resolved 905 service tickets in the following business areas: Accounts Receivable (OTC) Procure-to-pay (PTP), Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Commitment Control and Security. (3) Helpdesk tickets are normally resolved the same day with the 1st response to the user within one (1) to (2) hours of receiving the helpdesk ticket. c. Scope of Work (1) Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2. (2) Defining and capture business requirements. (3) Provide design, development, testing and deployment expertise for customizations or configuration updates. (4) Provide all tier level production support. (5) Perform system configurations and testing. (6) Develop system documentation to include: configuration workbooks, test plans, design documents, standard operating procedures, and training materials. (7) Provide knowledge transfer to internal subject matter experts. d. Minimum Qualifications (1) Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field, as determined by the AOC. The AOC will accept a bachelors degree in Account for one (1) Analyst. (2) Three (3) years expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role. (3) Three (3) years expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process e. Preferred Skills, Experience, and Capabilities (1) The AOC prefers at least one (1) FSCM Analyst to have a bachelors degree in accounting. (2) Five (5) years expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role. (3) five (5) years expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process (4) Experience with the following: i PeopleSoft upgrades and testing ii PeopleSoft selective adoption process iii AWE/Workflow (5) Expert level knowledge of the following: i SDLC methodology and processes ii SQL iii Oracle 19C databases Solicitation No. K25-0003-29 PeopleSoft Support Resources mdcourts.gov/procurement iv REST-based webservers v Peoplesoft chart of accounts and the chartfield configuration process in Peoplesoft Financials. vi Purchasing, e-procurement, grants, contracts, general ledger, commitment control, account payables, account receivables/billing (Order-to-Cash), and Asset Management/Inventory.
