Max Participate in Business Requirements and Functional Requirements meetings, identify gaps in requirements and drive discussion around appropriate solutions. Take complete accountability of Operations represent team in all forums (reporting, priority issues, SLAs, outliers, exceptions, action plans, Service Improvements) Interact with stakeholders, coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage support operations across teams Managing business stakeholders and responsible for all business facing communication. Excellent business analytical skills including understanding client and user queries in relation to the business and managing resolution for the same Monitor the performance of offshore team to ensure adherence to contractual SLAs/KPIs Partnership with client for critical events and ensuring adequate coverage Participate in Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reviews with ongoing Project status Understanding of Microsoft Finance IT landscape is highly desirable Exposure to managing projects / programs related to Modern Support solutions like BOT implementation, GenAI implementation, etc. Basic SQL knowledge (i.e. writing complex queries and subqueries, using joins, creating views, monitoring jobs, etc.) and basic Power BI knowledge Knowledge of Azure stack e.g. Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Server is a plus.
