Design the overall roadmap and strategy for the client ServiceNow Instance(s), consolidation and extension strategies. Platform ownership, Development delivery and mentoring the developers to configure and support of ServiceNow platform. Experience in integrations, eBonding and data design Experience in the CSM applications along with ITSM, and ITOM Applications, Specific in CSDM architecture Multitenant enablement strategy and sequencing specific operational recommendations including the leveraging of key Servicenow enablers: Flow Designer IntegrationHub Major player to automate things with 200+ spoke available OOB. Auto Deployment of Update sets (Custom Solution) Repo Integration Health Scan Secure development Creating architecture and design documentation, presenting technical solutions, guiding, and mentoring technical staff, creating POC solutions, estimating solution costs and timelines, designing system integrations and data migrations, creating technical roadmaps Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks and works under minimal supervision. Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
