Role: Senior Qlik Sense Developer Location: Mountain View, CA Hybrid Type: Contract Key Skills and Qualifications: Qlik Sense Proficiency (5+ years): Expert-level understanding of Qlik Sense for creating complex, interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. Set Analysis (2+ years): Proficiency in using Qlik's Set Analysis to perform advanced data selection and aggregation within Qlik Sense. QVD File Management (2+ years): Experience in working with QVD files, including data extraction, transformation, and loading for optimized data storage and retrieval. AWS Expertise (3+ years): Profound knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS Athena/ Redshift for data extraction and analysis with a solid foundation in AWS platform technologies. REST API Integration (3+ years): Proficiency in working with REST APIs for data retrieval, transformation, and incorporation into Qlik Sense applications, including connector development. Data modelling (4+ years): Proficiency in data modeling for data structuring and transformation. Data Integration (4+ years): Ability to integrate data from multiple sources, both within AWS and external, and knowledge of ETL processes. Scripting (3+ years): Proficiency in scripting for data load scripts, data extraction automation, and advanced data transformations, potentially using languages like Python or JavaScript. SQL and Database Skills (4+ years): Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data within AWS Athena and other databases. Business Intelligence (5+ years): Deep understanding of business intelligence concepts, OLAP processing, data visualization best practices, and translating business requirements into actionable insights. Troubleshooting and debugging (4+ years): Ability to identify and resolve issues related to data loading, visualization, and performance. React/Node.js/Webpack Web Development (2+ years): Extensive experience in building user interfaces and web applications using React, Node.js, and Webpack, including proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web application bundling.
