Role: Tech SME -Chat bot Exp Location: Richardson, Texas Client: Genpact Job Description: Need a Tech SME who has experience in solution designing, Client management, Onsite offshore coordination, issue resolution, client escalation, internal stack holder management Experience in Chat bot conversation design, 3rd part chat bot development platform like Amelia, Java, Groovy, SQL Server Serve as a technical authority and advisor on all matters related to technology domain (software development). Provide expertise in analysing, designing, and implementing technological solutions to meet business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess technology requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative. Act as a key point of contact for technical issues, offering guidance and support to resolve complex problems. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the technical skills of team members. Participate in the evaluation and selection of technology tools, platforms, and vendors. Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the organization. Troubleshoot and resolve high-level technical issues, working closely with other IT professionals. Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful execution of technology projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of technology trends. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities.
