Good Experience of consulting and support with customers. Experience within configuration, enhancements and support Previous experience or involvement within continuous improvement/business analysis projects (preferred though not essential) Self-starter, able to work minimal supervision, takes responsibility, works under pressure, show initiative and have good problem solving and communication skills.
