| Hello professionals, Role: Project Manager II 12+ years required NO OPT CPT H1BT Client : State of Wisconsin Candidate MUST be a CURRENT WI resident. NO RELOCATION ALLOWED. All work must be done within the State of Wisconsin. Hybrid schedule and will have to come into the office probably once a week. May be required to pick up equipment. Skills: Experience working in the public sector or on projects with significant public scrutiny Previous experience with project management and/or solutions development in the Human Re sources function. Previous project experience involving building large-scale data collection and analysis processes and structures. Strong Project Management knowledge and experience; both Waterfall and Agile development Time management and prioritization skills Solid organization and effective communication including meeting facilitation Leadership Strong problem-solving and decision-making Excellent written and verbal communication Interview Process: Microsoft Team with video and audio; 1 interview; 30 minutes This position will be working on one project which is a critical IT consolidation project.
