Report and track carrier issues, hardware RMAs etc. Manage operational network maintenance activities and implement changes. Provide monitoring & fault management and remediation of alerts. Tuning & optimization of monitoring systems Assist with root cause analysis of incidents. Assist with periodic network reviews and analysis. Help with establishment of operational procedures & support documentation. Review, track and update network operations policies, standards, and documentation Assist with development of the network management platform adoption, configuration and tuning. Complete Daily network checks and operational handover duties Participate in shift rotation coverage.
