The max pay rate we can offer is $60 an hour ***This role required local candidates so I will need proof of residence/address in order to submit! No relocations on these roles. JOB DESCRIPTION Our client CAI/City of Richmond is looking for a Project Manager 3 for a HYBRID position based out of Richmond, VA. Responsibilities: Mastery of project management methodology and experience or familiarity with major, defined program management approaches (PMI, Agile, Six Sigma). PMP Certification REQUIRED. Significant knowledge of project planning/scheduling tools (for example, Microsoft Project), with a solid track record of practical application. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; expertise in setting and managing customer expectations. Effective influencing and negotiating skills in an environment in which this role may not directly control resources. Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence. Ability to lead project team to match solutions to business requirements, including leadership in research on current and emerging technology options. Requirements: Active PMP cert. Progressively responsible IT experience. Experience successfully managing complex and risky projects. Experience working as a business unit or business-unit-facing experience, with commitment to business problem solving. Experience leading diverse teams. Implementation of software systems and platforms. Experience meeting with stakeholders and clients and gathering the project's requirements, goals, and scope. Experience with these supporting processes: Knowledge of the System Development Lifecycle. Workflow and prioritization of assignments. Integration with calendaring and email for work management. Correspondence management. Document management including storage, retrieval, and version control. Mobile access. Payment engines (collections from customers). Business intelligence.
