Role: Senior QA Engineer Location: Los Angeles, CA Onsite Position Type: Long Term Contract Job Description: Responsible for develop, publish, and implementation of the test plans. Develops manual and automated test scrips. Defines tracks software quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defects count. This position will work under SDET Manager. Manage all Quality Assurance and Release Management activities. Work with project team and key stakeholders to ensure proper release of bug-free solutions to environment. Ensure QA focus is utilized throughout solution lifecycle. Requirements: Bachelor's degree and at least 8+ years of diverse experience in Information Technology with emphasis on Quality Assurance, design and development of client server, web applications & Web API. Strong knowledge of QA concepts, methodologies, tools, and processes Perform regression testing, negative testing, compatibility testing, system analysis, data analysis, and data visualization. Maintain all test data Define, develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance methodology and procedures including test cases, specifications, tools, and other technical documentation based on defined workflows, use cases, and business requirements. Strong understanding of general business processes.
