| Cybersecurity Project Manager Location: NYC/Alpharetta, GA(Hybrid) Visa: No H1B, CPT, AND OPT Interviews: Skype Duration: 12 months Description: The Project Manager role is crucial in driving key strategic programs within the Cyber Data Risk and Resilience (CDRR) organization , with a focus on Data Protection Services initiatives. The primary objective is to ensure the protection of the Firm's sensitive data, both in storage and during transmission, using robust encryption methods. This involves establishing proper governance and maintaining an inventory of sensitive data systems, with a keen emphasis on secure data sharing for the Firm's business. The candidate must be located in the EST time zone and near a Morgan Stanley office (NYC / Alpharetta GA), as the role involves extensive communication with teams across different locations. Responsibilities: Lead and drive strategic programs within the CDRR organization, specifically focusing on Data Protection Services initiatives. Develop and provide project plans and governance for key initiatives in CDRR. Track and report on issues that could potentially impact the firm's ability to protect its data. Ensure proper governance and inventory of sensitive data systems. Implement and oversee encryption measures to secure sensitive data during transmission. Collaborate with teams at all levels of the organization in a matrixed structure. Work independently, planning key milestones with delivery owners. Required Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in Cyber Data Risk & Resilience(CDRR), Data encryption. Ability to work in a matrixed organization with teams at all levels of the organization. Capability to work independently and plan key milestones with delivery owners. Proficiency with MS Office suite of products. Working knowledge of Cybersecurity programs is a plus but not required.
