| Direct client position Position: IAM Business Analyst (SME) Duration: 10 Months Location: Augusta, ME (Onsite) Top 3 Skill Required: Skill 1: Identity and Access Management Skill 2: Identity proofing Skill 3: Authorization and Authentication Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required: Understands business and information technology management processes and demonstrates advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards. Deep knowledge of relevant industry standards, and verifiable competence in the various facets of IAM , such as Authentication Management, Authorization Management, User Management, and Directory Services. Actual past implementation experience of comparable Scale will be granted preference. Experience with enterprise architecture and working as part of a cross-functional team to implement solutions. Experience designing and implementing a CIAM strategy to include personas for Constituents, Businesses and Non-Profits Fosters an understanding of the need for and application of the IAM system, and facilitates decision making with the business users. Builds and nurtures positive working relationships with business units. Identifies opportunities to improve engagement with the business units.
