Candidate must have extensive techno-functionalexperience in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor including writing,modifying and testing fast formulas, configuration of all timecard componentsincluding custom fields and attributes, capturing time card changes, experiencewith work schedules and ensuring that changes are picked up in file to payrolland experience with defaulting assignment level values onto timecard. Inaddition, must be able to troubleshoot integrations from T&L to thenon-Oracle payroll system, including missing employees, employees Top 3 responsibilities/tasks resources will perform: Provide day to day help desk support and document fixes Review quarterly releases and determine any potential items that will affect the current system Communicate with client to ensure fixes meet their expectations Are there any icing on the cake skills that are not criticalMust know how to write and troubleshoot fast formulas |
