| Hi, Hope you are doing well. Title: Business/ Technical Analyst Location: Phoenix, AZ (Remote) Visa: USC/GC Candidates Pay Rate: $50/hr on C2H only. Type: 6mon CTH Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions/interviews with business stakeholders. Translate requirements into Use Cases. Work closely with third party vendors to define and document requirements, implement new features into platform, test in lower environments and support releases. Interact directly with business owners and act as a trusted partner and subject matter expert about our Digital properties, including our website, mobile app, catering site, and internal digital assets. Partner with Solution Architecture to feed solution design and to validate solution will meet requirements. Partner with IT leads to translate requirements into technical tasks. In partnership with a solution architect, create visual representations of systems, either current state or desire end state. Create functional user flows, how to articles, and generally own and enhance a knowledgebase. Translate Use Cases into Test Cases. Perform application and system testing. Develop and implement test plans for product defects. Work closely with the product team on the design and development of new features. Create and maintain documentation and tutorials. Implement new processes and create new tools to automate testing. Required Skills: BS or MS in Computer Science or related discipline or related work experience. Someone from Food or Restaurant domain client is required with Loyalty or Reward program experience. 3 + years of direct experience within the custom software development environment. 2+ years of direct experience within Ecommerce Websites and Mobile applications. Experience working within a formal software lifecycle development methodology. Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Retail environment experience is preferred but not required. Experience in Smoke Testing, Functional Testing, Integration Testing and Regression Testing. Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to adapt to new and dynamic environments. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work with time constraints while paying attention to details. Excel in asking probing questions and researching, analyzing, and rectifying problems. Strong skills and ability to troubleshoot issues quickly, and find solutions to solving them independently in a timely manner. Exhibit good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and other applications. Able to carry out tasks with little or no supervision.
