From: Dolly Rawat, Tek inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] HCVC SAP Lead Solution/System Architect (Oil & Gas) Onsite- Houston or San Ramon, CAVideo/PhoneDescription: Scope of work Actively participate in the different phases of SAP Activate (Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy and Run) for S/4HANA transformation project demonstrating expertise/knowledge in Oil & Gas value chain (Midstream and Downstream) Strong skills in leading and driving Functional and SAP Product development teams through Explore (Detailed Design) & Build Activities evaluating feature requests/requirements to determine product roadmap strategy alignment and potential best practice solution approaches. Run focused group workshops specific to different business processes pertinent to HCVC (Oil & Gas Downstream) to understand business requirements and objectives, leveraging SAP Standard Content and Best Practices Experience planning and managing Fit to Standard Workshops - SAP Design Success Role Experience with SAP Activate Methodology and Agile execution. Skills in analysing pain points provided by the customer and assisting the team/scrum to produce solution scenarios to be shared with the customer. Knowledge or experience with deploying S/4 HANA STE/MTE compliant solutions and with S/4HANA2020 or higher is preferred. Verify solution scenarios meeting business requirements and capture backlog items raising potential SAP product gaps. Discuss possibilities for high-level future solution and process; and provide SAP Point of Views/Recommendations Produce & review/validate point of view documents (PoV) encompassing product roadmap and business value on key design decisions. Works with other team lead roles on the project; AM, MM, FI, CO, PRA, JVA, MDG, Testing, Authorizations, Enablement etc. Raises design and/or program risks/issues to Delivery Lead, Solution Design Lead(s), and Technical Architect(s) Minimum ad hoc travel to either Houston, TX or San Ramon, CA role will be remote support various time zones PST/CST working hours. Oil & Gas experience is preferred. Only known limitation on this account is whether role is onsite or remote is an individual working from Russia. There is a restriction/security policy concern. Skills Required Extensive experience in the oil, gas & energy industry. Able to speak the industry language. Very good understanding of the hydrocarbon supply chain across the different areas including commodity trading: fuels, gas, lubricants etc. Knowledge in primary and secondary distribution and the respective SAP solutions: SAP Is-Oil/HPM, SAP TSW, TSW SDM Strong Team leadership skills experiencing in leading Functional SMEs, Solution Architects and cross-functional experts.
