Leadership and team management experience with the ability to provide strategic planning and oversight. At least 5 years of experience in a professional services company. Knowledge of the SaaS implementation lifecycle, including details of requirements, process validation, Design, CRP, configuration, build, and test phases. Ability to interact with and manage the expectations of clients Senior management, members of project team, and client team members. Ensure the delivery of high-quality deliverables.
