An excellent communicator with the ability to talk on a process level with clients and manage the direction of a distributed development team. Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages. Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and guide teams. Strong client-facing and consulting skills. Business Applications, and Application Services Deep technical understanding of various application phases and business or application functions. Expertise in ServiceNow Reporting, including building custom Reports and Dashboards for various modules. Knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM, APM,CSDM implementations in ServiceNow.
