Position: Scrum Master (Hybrid)Indianapolis with Experience with Strong Azure DevOps Location: (Hybrid) Indianapolis ONLY LOCAL Duration:6+ Month Job description: Scrum Master | Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience implementing Agile methodologies and 3+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach within software development teams. Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and their application in real-world projects. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile project management tools and software such as TFS, Rally, and JIRA. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills required. Agile Certifications, SAFe Agilist (SA) / SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4) or equivalent, preferred.
