ServiceNow Developer with 12+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules using ServiceNow Studio, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, HTML 5 and other web technologies.

Configure and customize ServiceNow platform features such as workflows, forms, UI actions, business rules, client scripts, etc.

Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, web services, etc.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.

Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing of ServiceNow solutions.

Document and maintain technical specifications, user guides, and best practices for ServiceNow development.

Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in ServiceNow and related technologies.

Qualifications & Technical knowledge

12+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery

Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML structural Programming, , HTML 5 and other web technologies

Experience in developing and integrating ServiceNow applications and modules using ServiceNow Studio

Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow platform features such as workflows, forms, UI actions, business rules, client scripts, etc.

Working knowledge of CMDB Processes

Experience in configuring & customizing CMDB.

Expert understanding on import sets and transform maps, working with external data sources.

Working knowledge on identification, classification rule in CMDB

Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems and applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, web services, etc.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.

Experience in performing unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing of ServiceNow solutions.

Experience in documenting and maintaining technical specifications, user guides, and best practices for ServiceNow development.

Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
