HI , Title : WorkdayHCM Location : REmote Mandatory: Primary Skill:-Workday techno functional with experience in Payroll, Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Reporting, Recruitment, and Integrations Secondary Skill:- Experience in leading workday projects (Discovery, Configure and Build, Test and Deploy), Client management, requirements management, project management Duties & Responsibilities Provides Workday subject matter functional expertise for enhancements and development including business process configuration, data upload (EIB), testing and other troubleshooting support specifically for Payroll, Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, Time & Absence Develops and drives innovative and proactive change efforts for HR process improvements, including enhancements to end user experience. Participates in deployment of new businesses: map current processes and data, identify gaps with Workday processes, recommend changes, define requirements, configure, test and validate changes Assists with Workday bi-annual releases, including analysis of impacts of new functionality, modules, business processes, testing of integrations and cross functional up and downstream analysis Designing, development, testing and deployment of Workday integrations using Custom Report, EIB, Core Connector, PICOF, PECI Have worked on at least one End-to-End Workday Implementation project Good to have knowledge on developing Workday Payroll Integration Provide solution and integration development with Workday including requirements, technical specs, design, custom development, integration testing, UAT and deployment Ensure the productive operations of Workday System Architecture including all interfaces (integrations) as well as custom reports/dashboards Work both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders and others across the team to define requirements and develop a robust solution. Partner with the team on Integrations solution design, development, delivery and documentation Leadership & Communication: Ability to work well with different staff levels within and out of core competency Communicates in a professional manner when interacting across staff levels and internal/external customers.
