This individual will be creating database validation reports and other data products, evaluating data integrity, and troubleshooting database issue. Candidates should be experienced using SQL and Python for data analysis. Resume : Send an updated resume in word format. Responsibilities : Performs technical writing work, especially to assist with the development of standard operating procedure documentation for the TxDOT statewide traffic monitoring program. Composes, reviews, and edits technical documents, materials, and reports. Consults with staff in the development of materials. Coordinate with staff to obtain recommendations in the development of policies and procedures. Reviews, analyzes, and summarizes documents. Review edited materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, and content. Maintains records and files of work and revisions. Assists with the development of content for web pages and other public facing environments. Uses Microsoft Office and Outlook365 applications, especially Microsoft Word and SharePoint, and Adobe applications, especially Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Photoshop, and other applications as needed. Performs related work as assigned. Minimum (Required) : Years Skills/Experience 5 Experience in technical writing, journalism, or communications 5 Composing, reviewing, and editing technical documents 5 Consulting and coordinating in material development 5 Policy and procedure development 5 Record keeping Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in business administration, English, education, or a related field is generally preferred.
