Lead discovery, gap analysis, process analysis and design, following an Adobe standard methodology and approach, to successfully enable the marketing teams to achieve their business objectives using Workfront. Facilitate discussions between marketing teams to prioritize and align the needs of business. Review and analyze requirements, define scope and related level of effort, identify risks & issues, and work with engineering to develop solutions accordingly. Increase and track adoption of Workfront within the marketing organizations. Be an Adobe Workfront SME for the ATS GMO BCDD team. Partner with engineering to deliver new features and enhancements that add business value. Background / Experience At least 5 years of relevant Adobe Workfront experience required. Experience translating client needs to requirements and process maps. Experience gathering requirements for new workflows in Workfront. Background in process analysis, process streamlining, defining processes. Must be able to conform and speak the language of customers (marketers, business owners) Very experienced at translating real world scenarios into technical requirements.
