Expert understanding on import sets and transform maps, working with external data sources. Working knowledge on identification, classification rule in CMDB Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems and applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, web services, etc. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security. Experience in performing unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing of ServiceNow solutions. Experience in documenting and maintaining technical specifications, user guides, and best practices for ServiceNow development.
