Position Overview: As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and successful implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, marketing teams, and technical development teams, ensuring that the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform aligns with business objectives and delivers maximum value. Key Responsibilities: Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear vision for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform that aligns with overall business goals and marketing strategies. Create and communicate a product roadmap that outlines key milestones and feature releases. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including marketing teams, sales, customer support, and IT, to understand business requirements and prioritize features accordingly. Act as the main point of contact between business units and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and understanding of needs. Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into detailed user stories and functional specifications. Maintain comprehensive documentation of product features, enhancements, and changes throughout the development lifecycle. Platform Configuration and Customization: Work closely with Salesforce administrators and developers to configure and customize the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to meet business requirements. Ensure that the platform is optimized for marketing automation, email campaigns, journey builder, and other relevant features. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations. Collaborate with QA teams to identify and address issues in a timely manner. User Training and Adoption: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure a smooth adoption of Salesforce Marketing Cloud features. Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing any issues or concerns. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor the performance of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement. Implement optimization strategies to enhance the platform's effectiveness in achieving marketing goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Product Owner, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, capabilities, and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications.
