| Hi , Please find the below JD and share updated resume Role: Data Modeler Location: Remote Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Data Modeler to play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and documenting innovative data architecture and modeling solutions. The position involves working with a variety of databases, including relational, dimensional, and NoSQL, to support enterprise information management, business intelligence, machine learning, and other strategic business initiatives. Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive conceptual, logical, and physical data models. Implement RDBMS, operational data store (ODS), data marts, and data lakes on both SQL and NoSQL platforms. Govern and enhance existing data architecture, focusing on optimizing data query performance through best practices. Collaborate with business and application teams to translate data requirements into effective strategies, construct data flows, and create robust conceptual/logical/physical data models. Establish and enforce data modeling and design standards, leveraging tools and best practices for creating enterprise data models. Identify and define architecture, infrastructure, and interfaces for data sources, automated data loads, security considerations, analytic models, and data visualization. Engage in hands-on activities, including modeling, design, configuration, installation, performance tuning, and Proof of Concept (POC) development. Proactively address project requirements, working both independently and collaboratively, and articulate issues and challenges to minimize project delivery risks. Demonstrate proficiency in AWS cloud technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field. Over 5 years of hands-on experience in relational, dimensional, and/or analytic technologies (RDBMS, dimensional, NoSQL). Experience with data warehouse, data lake, and enterprise big data platforms within multi-data-center contexts. Good understanding of metadata management, data modeling, and proficiency in relevant tools such as Erwin, ER Studio, or equivalent. Strong background in AWS cloud technologies.
