| From: Sonali, KPG99 [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Python Developer with Pandas Visa: GC, USC only Duration: 3 months contract but can extend Location: New Jersey (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite in a week) We need hands-on Python developers in Risk and/or fixed income applications. We are looking for someone who is fast learner with positive attitude, who has good quantitative skills, programing skills (Python/SQL) and also some financial modeling skills. Fixed Income/risk management is preferred but not essential if motivated fast learner Python SQL Hands on app development in financial industry Team does risk modeling, need someone to come in and help them develop/implement. Principal Responsibilities: Implement risk models for fixed income products; Assist the quants in research and development of new quantitative methodologies Collect and streamline external and internal data that are used for risk analysis Automate systems and processes to support risk monitoring and operation Provide ad-hoc support in quantitative analysis and data reporting to internal risk managers and external supervisors. Experience: 7+ years of relevant quantitative development and/or data analysis experience. Knowledge and Skills Required: Proficient in Python and SQL Hands on experience in developing complex financial applications Hands on experience in organizing and analyzing large scale dataset Experience in risk management and fixed income products Excellent written and oral communication skills.
