Job Title: SAP FICO Group Reporting Architect Location: Carlsbad, CA- Hybrid (Local or nearby only) Duration: 12+ Months Visa: No H1B & Opt, Cpt Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled SAP FICO Group Reporting Architect to lead the design and implementation of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions, with a specific focus on Group Reporting. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in SAP FICO and Group Reporting functionalities to drive financial reporting excellence within our organization. Responsibilities: SAP FICO Group Reporting Design: Lead the design and implementation of SAP FICO solutions with a focus on Group Reporting functionalities. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand financial reporting requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Configuration and Customization: Configure SAP FICO modules to meet specific business needs, ensuring optimal performance and seamless integration. Customize SAP FICO functionalities to address unique reporting scenarios and enhance system capabilities. Group Reporting Consolidation: Oversee the implementation of SAP Group Reporting features, including consolidation, currency translation, and equity accounting. Ensure accurate and timely group-level financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards. Integration: Work closely with other SAP module architects to ensure smooth integration between SAP FICO and other relevant modules. Collaborate with SAP Basis and technical teams to address integration challenges. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for SAP FICO Group Reporting configurations, customizations, and integrations. Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and support teams on SAP FICO Group Reporting functionalities. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO-related issues. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure that SAP FICO solutions adhere to relevant accounting standards and industry best practices. Stay informed about updates in accounting regulations and recommend adjustments to SAP FICO configurations as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an SAP FICO Group Reporting Architect. Extensive knowledge of SAP FICO modules and Group Reporting functionalities. Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes and reporting standards. Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FICO functionalities. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and the latest SAP technologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
