Strong in written and verbal communication Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business Understanding of Insurance business processes and Sapiens reinsurance master will be a plus Ability to read and analyze the reinsurance Treaty contracts Strong understanding of project life cycle and SDLC methodologies Rolroles and responsibilities: BA needs to create data mapping from underwriting systems to GDW. Data validation and testing. Data governance related work . Should be able to follow industry best processes. Should be able to bring in ideas to improve productivity and Quality of work. A focus on high quality deliverables and meeting deadlines. Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums. Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment. A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges.
