JOB DESCRIPTION

Expectations from the role is to have hands on experience on below features.

OnBase Configuration:

Understand the fundamentals of configuring and customizing the OnBase system, including workflow design, document class setup, and metadata configuration.

 Workflow Automation:

Design and optimize workflows to streamline document-centric processes within the organization, improving efficiency and reducing manual intervention.

 User Management and Support:

Master user management tasks, including user provisioning, access control, and providing technical support to end-users. Ensure users are trained effectively in utilizing OnBase features.

 Security Implementation:

Skilled in implementing and managing security measures to protect sensitive information stored in OnBase, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

 Integration with Other Systems:

Understand how to integrate OnBase with other enterprise systems, databases, and applications to facilitate seamless information exchange and data sharing.

 System Monitoring and Performance Optimization:

Ability to monitor OnBase system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize configurations to ensure smooth operation and responsiveness.

 Upgrades and Patch Management if required by Organization:

Learn to plan and execute system upgrades, apply patches, and stay informed about the latest OnBase releases and features to keep the system up to date.

 Documentation Skills:

Cultivate strong documentation practices for system configurations, changes, and processes. This ensures clarity and provides a valuable resource for troubleshooting and audits.

 Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:

Problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, including collaboration with OnBase support and vendor resources when necessary.

 Continuous Learning and Certification:

Good to have OnBase certifications Certified Administrator + Certified OnBase developer."
