This requires a program manager with a solid business background, process-oriented, with solid communications and learning capability. This is not a technology PM role. The Project Manager will be expected to: Agile Certification Required, project management certification is preferred 7 to 10 years of Financial Management experience Lead team meetings with business and technical members Knowledge of the procedures and practices and principles of Project Management. Prepare and maintain portfolio roadmaps, transformation strategy materials, analyze and report on data trends and portfolio metrics Reviews, approves and ensures development and maintenance of all required project documents based on Amtraks project management lifecycle, i.e., business cases, project charters, requirements, status reports, stage gate materials, communications plan, RAID log, etc. Leverage Continuous Improvement and OCM skills, to enable change adoption and transformation with workforce Develop business process workflow diagram, working with users to document current to future state, and gaps/recommendations Keywords: information technology https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=990760&uid= |
